Steven Johnson is a highly experienced Customer Support Manager with over 38 years in the industry. He is a certified ISSA CPT AP professional and a ServSafe Trainer/Proctor specializing in food safety. Steven has extensive expertise in infection control and provides training on effective cleaning practices to reduce infections. In addition, he is skilled in Green Cleaning, offering training on its principles and benefits. As an Extended DISC Trainer, Steven assists teams in optimizing communication and productivity. He also develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
